• I need wine advice, can I talk to someone?

  Yes, we have experienced staff available to help you with your wine choices.

  We can cater to a variety of needs, just contact us with your requirements and we’ll do our best to meet them.

• What is your minimum order?

  Our minimum order is 5 cases locally, 20 cases nationally. If you have any requests please contact us here

• What are your delivery charges/arrangements?

• I’d like to attend a wine tasting, how do I arrange my place?

  We offer wine tasting once a month, open to both the public and the trade. Places are limited and are subject to availability. Find out more about these evenings here

• Do you have any Lanchester own brands or exclusives?

• Do you have any promotions or bin ends?

  Yes, we regularly have deals and end of stock lines. Please sign up to our Newsletter for regular updates or contact us for details here

• What if one of my usual wines is out of stock?

  We always endeavour to supply our customers with the correct products. If on the rare occasion we are out of stock of your particular wine, we would always contact you to inform you of the situation, and let you know either when it will next be in stock, or offer an appropriate alternative. We would not substitute a wine without your confirmation.

• Can I have my own label on my house wine?

  Yes, we do offer an own label service, logos and information would need to be supplied and there are minimum order quantity restrictions.

• Do you sell Fairtrade, Organic or Vegan wines?

• Do you supply spirits and liqueurs as well?
