From the A1

Take Junction 63, Chester le Street, off the A1 and follow the A693 (Blind Lane) in the direction of Stanley. Stay on the A693 for approx 8.5 miles, through 6 roundabouts in the direction of Consett until you reach the turnoff for Greencroft Industrial Park.Turnleft onto Greencroft Parkway. Continue on Greencroft Parkway until you reach a 'T' Junction. Turn right onto Tower Road. After 200 Yards turn right into Greencroft Estate at the gatehouse. Please report to the gatehouse.

From Durham

Follow the signs for the A691 to Consett. On the A691 go through 2 roundabouts following the Consett road. Shortly after the second roundabout the road climbs to the brow of the hill. Just over the brow take the A6076 to Burnhope and Maiden Law. Continue to the crossroads at Maiden Law (the three Horseshoes public house is facing you). Go straight across this junction. You are now on Tower Road. Stay on this road. You will see a gatehouse on the right shortly after a road junction. This is Greencroft Estate. Our staff in the gatehouse will be happy to direct you.

From the A68 from the South

At Tow Law turn right on the B6301 in the direction of Lanchester. Continue on this road for approx 7 miles to a 'T' junction. Turn right. You will see Lanchester All Saints church opposite. Turn left onto Lanchester bypass, the A691 towards Consett. Turn right after the garage on the A6076 signposted Stanley. At the top of the hill turn left immediately after the Three Horseshoes public house. You are now on Tower Road. Stay on this road. You will see a gatehouse on the right shortly after a road junction. This is Greencroft Estate. Our staff in the gatehouse will be happy to direct you.

From the A68 from the North

At Castleside turn left on the A692, direction Consett. Continue to roundabout (McDonalds on the left). Take 4th exit onto the A692. Continue through 2 roundabouts. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit and stay on the A692 towards Gateshead and Stanley. Go through 1 roundabout. At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit and stay on the A692. Turn right at A693 in the direction of Stanley. Take the 2nd turn right and then bear left onto Tower Road. After 200 Yards you will see a gatehouse on your left. This is Greencroft Estate.
