Style Guide
Our style guide is defined by the colour, taste, alcoholic strength and other factors of each bottle of wine. Each style is influenced by the grape variety or varieties used, the climate and soil conditions in the region of production, the method of vinification and other aspects of the wine's creation.
- White wines are numbered from 1 to 9
- 1 - being the driest, through to
- 9 - being the sweetest
- Rose wines are numbered from 1 to 9
- 1 - being the driest through to
- 9 - being the sweetest
- Red wines are numbered from A to E
- A - being the lightest, through to
- E - being the most powerful and full bodied
